About the project
Quarantine Chords is a project to write new music during the gig drought brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. In collaboration with my friend and colleague, Georgi Petrov, I hope to translate the mood and atmosphere of these times into music. We have launched a GoFundMe Fundraiser to support the project and are publishing each tune under a Creative Commons License so that (1) the songs will be freely available to listen to, play on instruments at home, remix, arrange for any ensemble (2) any derivative works will also be freely available, etc.
